Terms and Conditions
1. Fees
1.1. Full payment or debit or credit card details are required to reserve a place on the course.
2. Payment
2.1. Fees can be paid by credit card by phone or fax.
3. Under 18 year old delegates
3.1. We cannot accept bookings from participants under 18 years of age unless accompanied by a participants over 18.
4. Materials and equipment
4.1. Participants should bring their own equipment, i.e. camera, tripod, paints, paper and brushes, etc. The course fee does not include the provision of equipment or materials-you will be forwarded more detailed instructions prior to joining
5. Full Board Accommodation
5.1. Two nights stay in a premier king size bedded room with a sea view or at the rear of the hotel is provided, with breakfast, lunch and evening meals with accompanying wine.
5.2. Transport to sites to be decided by the tutors is included in the cost.
6. Cancellation by us
6.1. Please note that courses have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received.
6.2. We reserve the right to:-
6.2.1. amend or cancel courses
6.2.2. change course location
6.2.3. substitute lecturers and tutors.
6.3. If we cancel a course we shall endeavor to give you at least one week's notice and you will have the option of transferring to another course or of having a full refund of the fees.
6.4. We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of courses or time-tabling constraints as set out above beyond the cost of the course fee.
7. Cancellation by you
7.1. If you wish to cancel your place on a course your request should be made in writing (via letter or email).
7.2. If your written request is received more than one month prior to the course start date, you will be entitled to a full refund.
7.2.1. If your written request is received within one month of the course start date you will not be entitled to a refund unless a replacement delegate can be found for your place.
7.2.2. If a replacement delegate is found prior to the course start date, you will be entitled to a full refund, less an administrative charge of £30.
8. Non-attendance
8.1. Non-attendance of classes due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds, extra tuition or a transfer.
8.2. However, in such an event we will consider all the circumstances and take such action that we consider to be fair and reasonable.
8.3. Please note that if alternative options are offered there may be an additional administrative charge.
9. Class Postponement
9.1. If a class is postponed for reasons for which we are responsible, including staff illness, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the class or to add the missed hours onto the remaining course classes
10. Disabled delegates
10.1. We will make reasonable adjustments for delegates with specific requirements
