Breakfasts
Full English breakfasts (known as the 'Full Audrey' after our head cook who has worked here for 44 years) and lighter options are served from 7am (or earlier by arrangement) until 11.00am. Guests recieve a 20% discount on breakfasts charged to their room.
Snacks and Casual Dining
Light meals and snacks are available from 11.00am until 10.00pm, and our dinner menu is served 5.30pm to 9.30pm. We source as much as we can locally, including local free range eggs and sausages made especially for us from Sussex reared pork. Click here for current menu.
Wine and Spirits
We have a wide selection of all your favourites and many more exotic offerings for you to try including a selection of cocktails. The bar serves alchohol from 10.00am until 11.00pm for non residents and to 12.00pm for residents. Click here for wine list.
Real Ale
We serve a constantly changing selection of real ales - all sourced from local breweries and we are listed in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide 2010.
Local Wine
We stock a range of Sussex wines and fruit wines from Sedlescombe Organic and Carr Taylor vineyards.
Coffee and teas
All our coffee, tea and chocolate is certified fair trade.
Homemade cakes
A selection of homemade cakes are normally available.
Out and About
The hotel is perfectly situated moments from the 'America Ground' - for a variety of restaurants and bars, and 15 minutes stroll along the Prom from Hastings Old Town or St Leonards. Please ask for recommendations, or if you would like us to reserve you a table in one of the many excellent restraunts in the area.
